- tourist tax € 1,00 per person per night;
- bedlinen € 6,00 per person per stay
- final cleaning (villa Alfa € 45,00; villa Beta €
55,00; villa Gamma € 65,00)
- insurance Damage to Lodging Accomodation, premium 1,5% of
the rental amount (excluding policy and administration costs)
- surcharge for dogs: € 3,75 per dog per day
however inclusive of:
- energy costs
- wireless internet access
During the highseasons (X-mas, Newyear, February, July-August)
only rental Saturday - Saturday; outside these periods flexibility
on the day of arrival and length of stay (rent per day = 17,5%
of weekly rent).
