VILLAPARK

Villapark Lipno Dreams is situated on one of the most beautiful spots of the South Bohemian region in the village Lipno nad Vltavou on the border of the Lipno lake. This park consists out of three different types of houses and is located on a slope on walking distance from the village. The park is surrounded by forest.

Because of the sizable plots (between 730 m2 - 1.300 m2) every villa offers lots of privacy and a fantastic view over the surrounding area. The landscape in this part of the country is indeed very scenic. All the villas have a large terrace favourably situated in relation to the sun. Further all the villas have wireless internet and a tv-system with at least 30 channels.

Directly next to the park one will find a restaurant and a children's playground nearby. Also there is a popular bobsleigh track of about 1.400 meters. Underneath is the starting point of the chairlift which will bring you to the top of the Kramolin. Both the chairlift as well as the bobsleigh track are open year round.

Nowadays the Czech Republic is in many ways still relatively affordable compared to Western Europe.
